Biohof Las Sorts, one of 50 farms dedicated to climate-neutral agriculture in Graubünden, specialises in cultivating mountain potatoes and rare mountain field beans from Albula Valley. 

Their sustainable approach includes crop rotation with cereals and outdoors grazing for over 100 animals under the livestock protection label kag. 

This environmentally conscious farm also preserves endangered breeds and has planted numerous high-stem fruit trees, contributing to biodiversity at its 1000m above sea level border location.
