Hof Hoffmann-Minder, an independent family egg farm situated in Davos, nurtures a flock of 700 chickens that produce around 550 daily eggs. 

With a commitment to animal welfare, the chickens enjoy outdoor exercise in the meadow during summer and have a covered area in winter. 

The unique hybrid breed of hens, which cannot procreate, results from a distinct pairing of roosters and hens, and the eggs they yield are cherished by both local businesses and families in Davos.
